Conveyor Belt

The conveyor belt is both a traction mechanism and a carrier mechanism in the belt conveyor. It should not only have sufficient strength, but also have a corresponding bearing system. The drive system is the core component of the belt conveyor. Reasonable selection of the driving method can improve the transmission performance of the conveyor. According to the working environment, the drive unit is driven by an asynchronous motor with a torque limiting type fluid coupling and a speed reducer. The motor is connected to the fluid coupling and then connected to the reducer. The output shaft of the reducer is connected to the drive roller through the coupling. The entire transmission is arranged in parallel with the conveyor, and is equipped with a disc brake and a backstop to ensure the safety of the conveyor. Brake and prevent reversal.

The hydraulic principle is as shown. When tensioning, the electronic control system makes the electromagnetic reversing valve to the left position; the pressure oil discharged by the hydraulic oil pump passes through the filter first, the one-way valve, the electromagnetic reversing valve, and the one-way throttle valve. After the check valve is controlled, the piston rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder is entered, so that the hydraulic cylinder reaches a predetermined tension. When the working pressure of the tensioning cylinder reaches 1.5 times the rated value, the pressure sensor sends a signal and the conveyor starts. After the smooth start, the pressure sensor sends a signal to make the three-position four-way valve hit the right position. When the working pressure of the system is set to the pressure required for normal operation, the pressure sensor sends a signal to return the three-position four-way valve. Bit. When the load is too large, the high pressure relief valve 9 opens and unloads to protect the system. When the system pressure is less than the normal working pressure, the pressure sensor sends a signal to make the three-position four-way valve hit the left position and replenish the oil. After the working pressure of the system reaches the normal working pressure, the pressure sensor sends a signal to return the three-position four-way valve to the neutral position.

According to the position, structure and transmission ratio of the reducer, the reducer is a three-stage transmission cone-cylindrical gear reducer. The first stage adopts a spiral bevel gear transmission. The input shaft and the output shaft are perpendicular to each other, so that the motor and reducer can be used. It is arranged in parallel with the conveyor body to save space. The second and third grades use helical gears to ensure smooth transmission.
